(FYI - I listened to this on the phone, but not here, so hopefully it's at least somewhat understandable. And now, I run away from severe shyness. It's weird, because I'm _not_ shy about singing in person!)

I sing recreationally, yes. Frequently, actually. :)

Pleased that it sounded decent, though! Wasn't sure - the quality over the phone wasn't bad, but wasn't great, either.

Most of what I sing is folk-ish stuff, though, as that's what I'm most used to, and vaguely trainined (through practice) in.

That was very good. I've only recently become able to sing spontaneously in person, so the severe shyness seems perfectly normal to me. But anyway, yeah singing!

But... I've been singing randomly in person for all my life. So it surprised the hell out of me. Hell, I've had my own lines in musicals in high school (not _many_, mind you).

ah, the faq is useful... i was assuming quicktime SHOULD play such a thing, automatically, but it doesn't and didn't. knowing i can download a frob that will, is good (unfortunately, it sez i have to reboot too, and i'm not planning on that this month - heh heh).
