My calendar at my desk has a good quote today:

(if nothing else, it'd be _tiring_ to always be at the highest peak of intensity!)

Great comment. That is why I have always liked eastern philosophy, they have always promoted balance.

I like that. I need to remind myself of that often. I have a hard time allowing myself balance, downtime and periods of low intensity.
