Is it disturbing that I try to refer to people on LJ, in non-LJ contexts, as ‹lj user=username›? Not just by their username, but by trying to use lj-specific html.
making the "brackets" sign in the air (holding your hands up facing each other like two opposing Pac-Men) while saying the person's username is the correct way to identify an lj user in verbal communication.
