I have no idea why, but it's always a day late that I'm seriously exhausted when I sleep poorly. So, yesterday I was a bit punchy, after having basically dozed (and not slept) all night. Today, though, getting up was _hell_, and I've been dazed/exhausted all day. And even though Ash tried to wake me up for petting, I was tired enough that I was able to simply ignore him.
I will stop by Diesel tonight long enough to drop off tins as I said I would, but won't be staying. Home and rest and kitty petting and sleep early, I hope.
Might be that sleeping poorly means I slept really lightly, so never got deep enough in sleep to have had to drag myself back out again...
I really do feel like I'm sleeping less and less well as I get older. It's summer - even with my cat waking me up pretty much every day, I should _not_ be this tired after a single night of extra poor sleep!
