Um. There's an additional difference here - the multiple massage sessions in the same space are, for the most part, not professional massages and are not being paid. The private space ones I've tended to get are professional and are being paid.
So yeah, there's a difference, but it's difficult to say the reason. Certainly, the multiple in the same location have distraction aspects to them...
