Yeah, that was big news when they attended an MMO development conference middle of last year. This is the first that anything further has been said about it since then.
And reading the article, there's really nothing more than what they said back then except some of the dates are slightly more specific.
The world most assuredly needs more non-combat-oriented MMORPGs - I only know of one other (http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.atitd.com/&ei=dmKfSdijH5aitgeF2rWGDQ&sa=X&oi=spellmeleon_result&resnum=1&ct=result&cd=1&usg=AFQjCNFirtTci7_LukVm7L04Sz__5kl36Q).
