Heh, that's good. Something like this makes so much more sense after living in the US for a while, where sexuality is still exploited so regressively for political purposes.

When are you going to be in Australia, early next year? If so, you might be able to catch some of the Mardi Gras festival, which is I think all of Feb.

Hmm. May or may not carel that sounds like something which would be very crowded.

The parade itself is usually extremely crowded and crazy, but there's a lot of other stuff going on during the month, arts festival type things all over the place.
