Ok, so, with a bit of prodding (which I needed!), I called the urologist back _again_ (as well as my PCP's office), and finally got a callback.

Ended up going to a hospital (I'm disliking the number of hospitals in my area I am familiar with!) to get a CAT scan done, which took forever. Apparently they don't normally do them for outpatients that late, but the urologist was concerned about waiting until tomorrow because we have yet another storm of snow/sleet/rain tomorrow. Icky.

Not sure what the results of the CAT scan were, exactly. But, while I was waiting to hear if I should wait for the tech to talk to the urologist or just go home, I felt like what I was just about certain was the stone finally moving into my damn bladder, from wherever it's spent the last day hanging out. Most of the sensation was... kinda itchy, until there was a sudden sharp pain which I suspect was the actual passing into my bladder part. I mentioned this to the tech, and she got me some sort of filtery things whose entire purpose is to trap such things. When I got home, I used one, and did, in fact, catch something which could very easily have been the culprit, as well as at least one smaller bit of grit. But, now I go to sleep, and hope that the pain is completely gone in the morning, that I get a callback from the urologist, and that I have, in fact, passed and caught the damn thing. I want to know what it _is_, if nothing else!

I so hope I get a reasonable night's sleep tonight...
