OW!

Managed to sprain my ankle but good on the stupid crappy road we live on, walking back from the post office. I usually manage to catch myself before doing any damage, since I'm used to being a klutz, but I don't even know what I tripped _on_, and went down pretty hard. Poor ankle. Icing and elevating it, and just took some asprin.

This will make walking around to my two appointments today... interesting. Sigh. Also, ow.
