I woud like to have ever have
Jan. 4th, 2009 02:59 amUsed a potters wheel, learned how clay works and move under my hands, and how the act of firing it can make it, or break it. to understand glazing.
done glassblowing, to understand the effects even minor things can have, to have created delicate beauty.
flown on my own, most probably hang gliding. quiet flight.
learned to scuba, to swim/fly amongst the beauty and life, with the fishes.
swum with dolphins who came of their own accord, not captives.
known weightlessness, distance from the earth, space.
lived under water, like an inveted fishbowl, watched as much as watching.
been in a tropical rainforest, with those noises and scents and sights.
experienced desert and mountain and red ground and awesome majesty of nature.
been in hot springs and caves and seen bats and hear curious echos.
pet big cats and feel their fur, their contained strength, their curiosity, and if the right kind of cat, the deep rumble of a purr.
So much to do, have done, seen, experienced. so much!
