restless plus nasty headache for days plus sleep meds apparently equals insomnia with a large helping of not having brain to do anything. and did strength work, so need sleep for healing & can do less with my wrists tonight.
went to bed at 9:30. midnight now. tried some alkaceltzer cold in case it helps. bored, restless, too tired to walk straight. methinks tomorrow just turned into a wfh day. sigh. so. tired.

Hey, I bet all the anti-inflams I'm on during the week is masking being sick. I think it's the first thing Aspirin, because my _God_, I have a headache right now (and I've had one often lately). Aspirin as next anti-inflam, fuck the increased bruisng.

Also, cold when I was not before.

Well, that would explain the insomnia; my body refuses to let me sleep if it thinks I'm too congested to sleep. I did not think I was that congested, but taking anti-cold meds are what I think allowed sleep.

Also, ow. At least when I went to the PO earlier, I was reasonably chipper and enjoyed the weather.

Now, though, I'm off to take my temperature and do more work. And pretend I'm not coughing for any reason but because I need water. (huh. Precisely normal temp. Oh, good, I get to have a headache and _not_ have fun feverness!)
