Jun. 11th, 2007 04:56 pmI _seriously_ need to remember to ingest enough protein. Considering that I'm trying to increase muscle mass, and all. I realized that I was probably low on protein today because my muscles felt far more fatigued than made sense.
Having had some protein powder in orange juice, I took care of both the lack of protein and the probable lack of electrolytes (since I largely drink water, and my brain was not working very well), and feel much less fucked up.
Eat More Protein, self! And don't do strength work tonight unless you are _certain_ that you are no longer fatigued in your muscles.
On the plus side, the horribly pulled muscle in my right shoulder due to being attacked by the shower curtain while in the bath is no longer intensely bad. And I feel less like I am going to fall over for no clear reason (yes, I had breakfast and lunch, but clearly not enough).
