Either NYC's air made my throat and sinuses _really_ _angry_ with me (possible), or I've got yet another cold. Considering difficulties with getting enough sleep while there, a cold is certainly possible. (and difficulties last night, too, due to humidity and to evil sinuses and throat)

Hopefully, if it's sick and not just irritable sinuses, I didn't give this to anyone else!

Busy, busy week for packing, since my large furniture moves on Sunday, so I need to have all necessary pre-cat-move stuff done before then.

Tonight, obtain vacuum, vacuum up baking soda, nature's miracle that one remaining room, and move stuff from my car to the new place. Possibly other things, too. Also, spend more time with Ash. Poor kitty is lonely!

So... I can find weighted blankets, as well as instructions on how to make them, which is good. (yay!)

But I'm not even sure that what I'm actually looking for is possible. I can approximate weighted blankets in the winter by piling lots of blankets on myself. But, in summer, it's too warm and/or humid for that. So I'm trying to find something which would have weight but no to nearly no heat retention (the equivalant of a very thin sheet, or nothing at all). I'm not sure this is possible, though...
