[music] Molly Zenobia
Dec. 21st, 2004 02:37 pmYou know, I can't remember if I've pointed y'all at Molly Zenobia yet. I suspect many (most?) of the people reading me have already heard her and may even know her, but I also suspect that not all of you know of her yet.
So! Since some of her music is currently making my ears very happy, I point y'all to her two albums (both on CD Baby, both with the ability to listen to at least some of the music). Skin is her first album, and is her and a piano. Wind Chains is her second album, and has a full band, as well as her and a piano. I'm really poor at reviewing things, so all I can really say is that you should go listen. (She is _not_ the folk-type music I normally point people to. In case anyone was expecting that)
Her website is also really fascinating, although flash-heavy (and probably not functional if you don't have flash?). You can listen to her music there, too.
