It's gorgeous out (feels more like Spring than most of this Spring has!), and I'm very entertained:

Today's Dilbert is quite funny, and I really want to know what fleering looks like!

Seen it before, but... Dancing Spidey!

[livejournal.com profile] shadesong suggests that people try to write the most ridiculously over-the-top laughable "erotica" ever.

In a _not_ funny vein, [livejournal.com profile] theferrett reviews Super Size Me. I'm so glad that I'm one of those strange people who have developed taste buds that _don't_ automatically like fatty/greasy foods. Of course, having worked at McD's before might have something to do with that, as well as the fact that those pretty much automatically give me _nasty_ heartburn.

Must remember to go for a walk today. Not yet sure if I'm going to Diesel tonight, or if I'm going to try going for a walk on Lowell's river walk (wanted to yesterday, but left work _late_ - around 7pm).

GAAAAAAH! I do _not_ want to know what else could go wrong today!

(this is a reflection on my work-related stress levels of today, nothing more)

I am _so_ going to do Lowell's river walk before going home. On the plus side, the evil that made this day rather hellish seems to be over. At least for now.

Grackles! No ducks (which is good because I had nothing to feed them). No huge fish, or at least, none that I could see. Bridge which I believed was being removed was, in fact, being replaced. Water level higher than I expected.

Fresh corn! Waiting for the water to boil so I can cook it and eat it. Yummy dinner, fresh corn on the cob!

Booooooks. Yesterday, there were CDs waiting for me, and today there were books. The People and Silverlock, specifically. BOOOOOKS!

Good gods, I'm full of glee all of a sudden. :)

Full of hunger, too, but that's easily corrected.

Kitty!

"I knew when I saw the clouds, they were for walking through and rolling under and for hide-and-seek before the thunder." -Zenna Henderson, "Michal Without"

'Tis one of the two or three People stories I had not previously read that is in Ingathering.

And I _really_ liked that sentence.

For the beauty, and for the rightness. That _is_ what clouds are for... if only I could figure out how.

I'm really liking this random state of joy that's been true for this entire week so far. Feels more normal for the time of year (of course, the weather is also starting to be more normal for the time of year!).

Was highly amused to notice myself quite literally dancing around my apartment earlier - which is not something I generally do, because I'm _highly_ self-conscious about my (believed) lack of talent for graceful movements. But then, no one but my cat can see me. ;)

Less amused (due to less strange) by the random singing, although I am fascinated by the fact that anytime I'm _near_ people, I stop singing. Kinda strange, but true.

And! I want to give everyone else bits of joy, because joy is better shared, and it's in a slightly overwhelming state so giving some away would be good.

Here! All of you! Have some joy bits! *shares*

Linked from the post of [livejournal.com profile] shadesong's I mentioned earlier, http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=3A63DF8D.CDF9A1D8%40BellSouth.Net - hysterically funny. Seriously. Probably not work-safe, if your work cares about what you're reading at work.
