Bits, pieces

I think I have finally gotten all the e-mail that was sent to me Monday - excepting things that finally just bounced and stayed bounced. I know of at least one of those.

Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is pretty.

I have a new harddrive, so can start trying to recover my data from the old one.

I saw another deer this morning, on the onramp. It was snacking on some grass. It seemed completely unafraid of the cars going by, which made sense, but made me nervous - I hope it just stays on the side, and doesn't try to cross!

Starhawk's Notice Page today made me smile, put tears in my eyes, and reminded me of just how much I adore that girl. Even if I do hardly ever get to see her. (note that her notice pages do change every so often, so I make no claims about it being the same one tomorrow)

I'm very amused that theferrett's quiz has caused at least one person to friend me and comment, saying so.

It's lovely out today. I will eat my lunch outdoors, and make full use of the lovely weather.
