Winter is coming. I can tell. I can feel it. I'm much more subdued, apparently to the point where it is apparent over email. I'm not sure what to think of this fact! And, being tired all the time is annoying. So is not being able to be as social.

Birthday in 19 days. Must decide if I'm going to go to Worldcon in Boston or not before then, since it goes up in price at the end of the month, and why not go find out what it's like, being a local thing and all? Still contemplating the idea. *contemplates*

*poing* Recent APC appears to have added a couple of people to my list of people I want to get to know better, and the fact that it's a mutual thing is quite nifty. The fact that both are in other countries amuses me greatly. :)

I seem to be in a state of being even more cuddly than normal of late, and this has caused me to have more opportunities to chat with local people than normal, even at fairly well-attended parties. I apparently tend to have a bit of a "don't touch me" vibe normally in large groups, even with people I'm reasonably comfortable with, so I suppose that the additional opportunities to interact when more cuddly makes some sense. Besides, every person I talked more/cuddled with was someone I'd met a few times before. So, yay for additional conversational opportunities! Even if the timing is a bit odd in terms of my approaching not very social time of year. :)

My kitty misses me having a roommate. He's *very* clingy when I get home. But, he's not a cat who particularly likes most other cats, so getting another one, even were there not other problems with that idea, isn't really an option. *sigh* Poor Ash... Hopefully the prospective roommate in December happens. For that reason, and the fact that it'll be nice to not have to pay all my rent myself. Even if I *can* do so on my own, having more money is helpful to pay off loans!
