Mar. 24th, 2004 09:44 pmI run into former CTYers in the most _random_ of places. I really do!
Also - I'm having a horrible amount of indecision. Do I cut my nails, thereby not having had _nearly_ enough enjoyment relating to actually having the things, or do I not, and therefore not be able to play
aelisdeliria's harp?
They're already getting sufficiently long that I need to trim a couple of them in order to type comfortably. But 'trimming' != 'cutting'...

Date: 2004-03-24 06:57 pm (UTC)I hear ya on the nails. Mine are starting to really annoy me, but they make other people happy and I can't seem to bring myself to be rid of them.

Date: 2004-03-25 07:01 am (UTC)Huh. OK, apparently I'm just collecting former CTYers as friends, and just didn't know it! :)

Oh, I trimmed my last night, but not so much as to be _gone_, or to be able to play the harp regularly. I'm still thinking about that one...

Date: 2004-03-25 07:03 am (UTC)And, I'm having major trouble with not having time to read the people I already read, so it's more likely than not that I will _not_ be able to add you back. But welcome! :)

Date: 2004-03-25 07:08 am (UTC)I know my end date, but I'm not sure on my start date; at least theoretically, from '90-'92. Lancaster, Lancaster, Amherst. I believe it was both sessions, both sessions, only one of the two.

Date: 2004-03-25 07:10 am (UTC)You _say_ this...
But this is the first time I've managed to not bite or pick at them long enough for them to _get_ even slightly long. Thus, the indecision.
(and if you want you can borrow my claws in the meanwhile ;)
Ooooh. I currently have banjo picks, but what kind of claws do _you_ have? *curious*

Date: 2004-03-25 07:55 am (UTC)Amusingly, I worked facilities staff the first year Hampshire College (in Amherst) hosted CTY, in the summer of '91, because that was my college at the time.
