Yes. It's quite chilly out. (this link appears to not want to let me look at a specific date, rather than today, so it won't be the same tomorrow) And *still* the Australian import in my office isn't wearing a coat. I'm starting to think he's really an andriod. :)

OK. I love the cold, and I'd be wearing a coat in that. (Outside, I mean. Inside, damn Americans always have the heating on too high.)
I'd probably upgrade to three layers at that point, say a t-shirt, flannel shirt and coat. I might want thin woolen gloves and a thin hat, depending on how acclimatised I was. (Dump me in it right now, and yes, I'd need them.)
When I was in -40F, I needed four layers.

But at a place of business? I've found that those places are the most likely to be *way* too warm.

I agree that most businesses are too warm. The second day at my current work, I went out and bought a desk fan. Then there are those that walk around in several sweaters complaining about how cold it is. The HVAC has never worked well in this building.

But ah! Here in Australia, we keep the whole damn country hot, so as to encourage everyone to take off their clothes outside, where we can see them better.
(It's true, one of my few consolations in summer is skimpy clothing.)
