Personally, I don't see what's wrong with doing ICE stuff in your wallet /and/ in your cel phone.
Meanwhile, I, without a cel phone, will just do it in my wallet.

*shrug* True. Both can't hurt.
I just don't expect it to be terribly likely that people are going to be willing/able to take the time to search through a cell, especially when it's often irritating to try to figure out how to unlock a phone's keypad.

*snort* There is very little I can think of which will involve both email and death, regardless of whether or not it is sent. ;)
