work

You know what I always, always forget? I _hate_ being a team lead for anything. I delegate worth crap, am really bad at estimating how long things will take, and don't do well going between high level and detail work all the damn time.

I've done this to myself before _at this job_, although in a very different way. You'd think I'd learn. (of course, it wasn't originally supposed to _be_ a lead role...)

*sigh*

"Delegating is about splitting up the work so the company/group as a whole can do the most work the most efficiently with the most happiness."

Yep. Planning. Scheduling. Things I Am Bad At(tm). Especially if I'm having to do a lot of another thing I'm bad at (jumping between detail and overviews).
