[health.sleep, health.tendonitis]

Also?

Actually sleeping decently _vastly_ increases how much hand use I can safely do per day. I should still be resting them more than I am, but it's no longer _nearly_ so limiting.

I begin to suspect really poor sleep is why this is taking so damn long to heal (and possibly part of what triggered it in the first place. Bad neurology! No biscuit!).

I do hope my doctor says it's ok for me to be taking this every night.

Fingers crossed.

It's good that your improved sleeping is helping your hands so much!

Yes. Sleep dep TOTALLY messes with your body's ability to repair itself.

Yep! I know; I just had no idea how poorly I was sleeping!
