[probably not sick]

Not sure, of course, but the fact that I'm awake right now leads me to believe that this is just jet lag, possibly combined with the fact that my body decided to remind me of how much it hates traveling a little later than usual (thus the excessive muscle pain).

Stupid jet lag!

1. Poor!

2. Tomorrow, light box! (If you're still awake when you get this, maybe some melatonin...?)

3. I see you NEXT WEEK!!!!!

2) today, light box, actually. This morning.

And I tried melatonin. No effect whatsoever.

3) Yes. And I am _IMPATIENT_!

I believe (arguably irrationally) that when you can sense a cold coming you can fight it off. This means that whenever I feel a cold coming I never get one. I've just had a similar cold/travel experience and managed to 'fight it off'.

Yes. Which is what I was trying to do. However, in this particular case - being probably jet lag - getting extra rest was _not_ a good idea. :)
