So, I'm not the only person who makes a very bad American. *amused*
ASCII wars, seen on
dewhitton's journal.
What if there was a movement to shut down libraries because book publishers and authors were up in arms over the idea that people are reading books for free? It would send a message that books are only for the elite who can afford them.
Stop trying to treat music like it's a tennis shoe, something to be branded. If the music industry wants to save money, they should take a look at some of their six-figure executive expense accounts. All those lawsuits can't be cheap, either., seen on
bridgetester's journal.
Hungry. Sleepy. Life is very surreal when one is sick for sufficiently long. Coughing makes my throat hurt, but cleans out my lungs so I can breathe. I hate how asthma and chest colds combine. Food.
Reading bugzilla mail makes me feel like I'm watching a conversation happen that I wasn't actually around for. Sometimes people talking to themselves, as well.
Food now.

Go, go, Bugzilla!
We had an internal bugzilla at Akamai. I was on the bug-opening (read: more fun) end the vast majority of the time, as was most of my department (at least one of us had to be reminded that bugzilla was not a legitimate mail client).

True, but when one is having an especially surreal week, this makes for really odd perspectives on things while reading bugzilla mail. ;)
Yay, bug-opening sides! I wouldn't want to be development, because then you have to fix bugs. Maintanence sounds so unpleasant...
