[health]

I (physically) feel so _weird_ today.

This actually started last night, with me being painfully, ridiculously exhausted at 7pm. I finally gave up and went to bed at 7:30pm, woke up a bunch of times during the night (and I've had a headache for days, dammit!). One of the times I woke up, I was painfully (read: nausteatingly) hungry, and had to sit there breathing for a while before I could get up, and then sit there breathing _again_ before I could actually eat the food I pulled out.

Stupid body. Still headachy, although it doesn't feel like a sinus thing (it's around my temples, mostly), and still... weird as far as my stomach goes. Oh, and both hot and cold. That's strange.

Meh. I'm also (probably unsurprisingly) tired, but not as much as last night. Going to bed at 7:30pm is just plain wrong! I suspect I'll do the same thing tonight, though...

FWIW, I get sinus headaches around my temples and the top of my head. Might be worth trying a decongestant just to see -- mine appear to be the result of low-level allergies or sensitivities of one kind or another.

Oh!

Normally, I don't. I get them around my cheekbones and above my eyes.

Hmm... shall check, then.

For me, the killer combo is Tylenol and Sudafed. By the time the Tylenol wears off (in 4-6 hours), it's gone and the Sudafed has had a chance to work. If I do nothing, the headache usually lasts all day, which is what makes me think that the Sudafed is important and thus blame my sinuses!

Hmm. Taking sinus-related stuff appears to have had no effect. Annoyingly.

I mean, I do get headaches fairly often, but I don't tend to keep them for days unless I'm sick (which is entirely possible).

Bummer. Oh well!
