break timers

Hi everyone! I know I've been crazy quiet. I'm taking a class and also will be doing a 6 month contract at Indeed starting next week, a week after my last Indeed contract ended.

But I'm curious about something! I use break timers, but I want them to leave me alone if I am in a video call or gaming. Anyone know of anything (for windows, although Mac would also benefit from pausing during video chat) that does that?

On Mac you can now set up Focus modes based on which app is front; that might suffice...

Alas, it appears to only affect notifications and specific macos applications. At least based on what I found through a search?
