two or three thoughts for the day
First. I should not be allowed to go shopping two days after easter, such that there is candy on sale, when I'm PMS'ing and hungry. On the plus side, I *did* actually get some healthy food, and not *just* chocolate. The funny thing is, I don't usually crave chocolate. It's not high on my list of things I like.
Second. Kidney stones are evil. Not drinking enough water because one is having too many life distractions makes them more evil. I had another one at 1am yesterday morning. No sleep happened that night. Confused my cat, too. And the drugs I was given the last time this happened are totally useless. Apparently narcotics (at least this specific one) have no useful effect on me. No pain reduction. No loopiness. Made me nauseated, though, so I ended up throwing it up when I got to the hospital after deciding after two hours that the pill wasn't helping at *all*. So yesterday was a fascinating day...
Must drink more! If any of you happen to be spending time with me IRL, *please* comment if you notice me not having had anything to drink for a few hours. Especially if I actually drink caffeine, rare though that may be.
Yes, I'm visiting the urologist again in early May.
Third. I did, in fact, need to be anti-social. Much anti-social-ness on Monday. Was good.
