Idle musings on my week
Yes, I *do* realize that it's not Monday. But, I have time while I wait for something to *finish* already.
Yesterday - Massage. Mmm... monthly massages are good. Especially when I was randomly achy. Stupid achy.
Visited with my roommate, who was actually home at the same time as I was. Whoa. Weirdly, he's actually getting tired *earlier* than I do - I'm thinking jet lag.

cos, estheruth, and hawkegirl. Annoyingly timed massage! Ah, well.
Tonight - visiting withhawkegirl. Niftiness!
And, my older sister's due date for her first child is today. Wonder how late she'll be? Is weird having random numbers of people I know already with (or soon to be having) children. If nothing else, really young (read: not speaking yet) children baffle me. Older children are ok (and can be quite entertaining), as long as they don't whine at me. I've a nephew who whines a lot, so I'm a bit less patient about that than I probably could be. And the fact that I find myself whining when I'm tired annoys the shit out of me!
Tomorrow night - visiting withgothic_peacock. More niftiness! (Dude - I know entirely too many LJ-ers...)
Thursday night - no plans. Yay! Maybe I can manage to find my kitty a cat leash and harness and see if it's possible to get him enough used to them that I could take him outside. He's highly obsessed with trying to follow me out of the apartment, and is oddly not at all frightened of new places. This is the same cat who apparently adjusted to moving in with me after less than 24 hours. I was shocked!
Friday - lunch withredheadedmuse (and probably others).
No plans in the evening.
Saturday and Sunday - no plans. But I severely doubt that'll remain true. I think I'd have to go into shock (or maybe visit my parents) if I managed to actually have no plans for the entire weekend. Actually, I probably *should* visit my parents one of those days. Maybe I'll give them a call...
