If it's about travel: it's boring! It's like going to the shopping mall and having to stay there for ten hours, and then you get stuck in traffic with someone else driving for another ten. Everything is well signposted, and you always know where you have to trudge next.
If it's about people: remember your past experience. The people haven't changed.

You'll do fine. There are a zillion uniformed people whose *job* it is to fix it if you get confused! :)

Plane trip: bring a *lot* of books. I think I read 2 1/2 on the flight over, and I *did* sleep! :)
