Nah, memory drugs and supplements will be noticeably better then - and they're already fairly good today!
ie. there's a drug (available prescription only in both our countries) which lets people stay awake for 80 hours without any testable mental impairment, sleep 8 hours and then be able to do it again. Of course it's way too soon to conclude it's totally without side effect, or that it could be done long term, but it appears to completely counter the effects of sleep-deprivation. (ie. sleep-deprived humans and primates on this drug score better on cognitive and memory tests than they do when undrugged and well slept.)
