awwwwww, how cute! ([livejournal.com profile] naamah_darling has adorable pets)

[livejournal.com profile] australian_joe leaves today. Is sad. Hit me harder two nights ago than last night or now, but that may just be because I'm not ridiculously exhausted as I was two nights ago! Gets harder every time, to have him leave. Ah, well.

yay cute!

Parting is a hard thing. Jonah and I mostly do ok with saying goodbye because we know the next time isn't that far away, but omg do we miss each other horribly after about a week. The want to Be Out There Already is bad. I suspect that also contributed to this morning's stabbyness.

*hug* Soon.

:( It's one of the reasons why any kind of LDR scares me and why I avoid them. I don't think I could ever let go of someone for that long between actual physical in-person visits.

Stabbiness!

Yes, I can see how that could be an effect of impatience! :)

*wry* It's not precisely easy. And I knew when I started this that I'm usually bad at LDRs. And yet...

I would not think that it would be easy. Not at all.

And yet..it's working. :)

After I posted my reply, a the last part of the old saying popped into my head - "it's better than to never have loved at all." At the moment (having just woken up), it's not the most eloquent way to say it, but..

*amused* It's better than any other relationship I've had (which, incidentally, sometimes makes me _REALLY_ wonder what it'd be like if local and not lots of complications because of localness). So, yes.
