Ok. I? Am _FAR_ too aware of my uterus.
Yes, I realize that cramping and spotting randomly for the next 6 months is expected.
But, at least from what I can tell, I'm cramping right now because I ate a little too much at lunch. I rarely eat too much at a time, as it is, because I don't like feeling full. I did _not_ need another reason to avoid it!

Oh, so that's _not_ just me! I was a bit weirded out by that particular set of cause/effect.
I'd wait too long to go to the bathroom, then when I did, the pressure change would set off cramps.
Ah. Huh. Ok, that might explain earlier in the week...
