No immediate decision on the RLS meds.
Truly awful time sleeping last night, but I also went to bed agitated. Never a good idea.
I _think_ my legs were less restless (although not completely _not_ restless), but considering that I was distracted by my agitation and by wanting to be more aware of when I slept and got up (keeping a sleep diary for my sleep doc), it's hard to say.
On the plus side, unless my agitation was increased by the meds, I don't think I noticed any unpleasant side-effects.
We shall see.
