hmm. also, i have a friend who might benefit from the concepts that you were teaching me, with the "I" statements. would you be okay with me sending her the email that i sent myself with the statements that you wrote?

Sure. And... it didn't originate with me. I think I blame alt.polyamory (among other things) for helping me learn and better understand that.

Amusingly, I statements came up in the mentoring introduction thingy last night. :)
