Chalker was one of my favorite authors at one point. I very much enjoyed the Soul Rider series. I lost a bit of interest in him as I noticed he almost always left a major character or two really screwed in the end. Good angst and all I'm sure but I guess I'm to much of a sucker for a happy ending. Not that I need a happy ending all the time, Chalker just seem to screw his characters out of spite to me. I have a bunch of Chalker's stuff in you want to borrow any. I could give them to you at Noreast Con.

Hummm, if I can find them in the sea of boxes in my new house before then. Ye Gods, do I need to do more de-cluttering too. I brought 10-12 vans loads of stuff to the dump or gave them to Goodwill before the move. It should have been 3-4 times that much. Two book loving pack rats owning a house is a dangerous thing.
