My answer to my travel/home question

Since I asked, and did not answer, the question about traveling and home in my previous post, now I attempt to answer.

I feel like cutting. It's long enough that it's pinging my 'this should be cut, dammit' flags )

Mwa-ha-ha!

I want this person for a doctor. No, really - I _do_! (link seem on [livejournal.com profile] silenceleigh's journal)

[energy] Lightning!

I just had a lightning storm follow me home from visiting with [livejournal.com profile] weegoddess - 45 minutes and counting of lightning! *purrs* 'Tis a shame it's only myself and my cat at home, oh, yes.

(and my poor cat is scared of the lightning...)

Made for an interesting drive home, what with the lightning and apparently having had really interesting song lyrics playing the entire way home. I became a bit more _aware_ of how... suggestive most of the lyrics for Melissa Etheridge's "An Unusual Kiss", "I Wanna Come Over", and "All the Way to Heaven" are.

My cat _really_ wants to know how come no one is around during the day anymore. Poor kitty. I must go console him about the scary storm now...
