Bird sounds are an excellent alternative to background music

Even if most of my bird songs are Australian!

[edit] And apparently prone to making me giggle at the sounds they make. Also, I forgot how ridiculous magpie were!

I probably need to find the CD

starandrea lent me, and perhaps find some other actually local bird song CDs. :)
