Every so often I am reminded of the fact that my being easily confused means I'm _really_ good at finding things which are unclear or misleading in user-facing stuff. (internal or external users - doesn't matter)

Kinda like the fact that I need to write down all multi-step instructions makes it easier for me to write test plans!
