Which is where I am as well. I will definitely bring him in, should it happen, and figure out where he is in terms of quality of life. I just need to face the fact _now_ that it's fairly likely that he wouldn't have good quality of life.

And thank you, BTW, for explaining one of the possible _reasons_ that the reasonably good quality of life percentage is so low. I was having trouble figuing it out, and hadn't realized yet that I was wondering, so didn't call the vet to ask.
